The Museum Was Named Byhalia Chamber’s Business of the Month

The Marshall County Historical Museum was recognized as Business of the Month by the Byhalia Area Chamber of Commerce. The Museum is located at 220 East College in Holly Springs, MS. The 1903 building houses artifacts from the Chickasaw Indians through the late 20th Century; has a Wars Room with artifacts from 1812 to modern-day conflicts; tools, books and photographs and original artworks from yesteryear are displayed along with an enviable collection ladies’ fashion from the 1850s – 1950s. This BACC member brings economic and tourism development to Marshall County. Museum Director Chelius Carter invites everyone to come take a step back in time. The Marshall County Historical Museum is one to be proud of and one to visit.The Marshall County Historical Museum is open Monday – Friday 10 – 4 and Saturday by advance notice.
